The core R&D team was co-founded by senior technical personnel studying in the United States for decades and a domestic R&D and operation team. They are jointly dedicated to the research and development of vascular interventional medical device products. They not only encourage and pay attention to innovation, but also further improve the core competitiveness of Kossel Medtech.

The R&D team currently has more than 30 people (Most of them with master’s degrees) , and Kossel has specially hired nearly 10 technical consultants in the industry and regularly cooperates with the hospital to hold academic conferences, case sharing and technical guidance.

We are actively recruiting principal investigators at the full professor level. We anticipate establishing more than 30 independent research groups, dedicated to developing superb Medical Device, including coronary, peripheral vessel, electrophysiology, currently has more than 30 invention patents.
