How do you ensure products’ quality?
Quality is life. We have conducted raw materials inspection, in progress quality control, finished products and package inspection according to ISO 13485 requirements. QA & QC is deployed throughout all processes. This is to ensure products you receive has zero defect.

What is the required environmental condition (like temperature, humidity) to store and transport your products?
There is no special requirement of environment for storage and transportation. Room temperature and relative humidity is suggested. Please check product labels for details.

Yes, all of our products are EO sterilized.

The price we quoted is based on EXW. Shipping cost is not included.

No, we don’t provide components or raw materials.
